Math with MineCraft – Bulding a city with blocks

Do you know that game? I did not until all kids in the world know about it. Minecraft is a game about placing blocks and going on adventures. Explore randomly generated worlds and build amazing things from the simplest of homes to the grandest of castles. Play in Creative Mode with unlimited resources or mine deep in Survival Mode, crafting weapons and armor to fend off dangerous mobs.

Kids like it and so many of our students.

I was thinking on engaging them to the math class, link the subject, and create a fun environment in the  classroom.
