1 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of Milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
I start adding egg and milk, right after this, I added all the ingredients and voili!
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
Mind that you need to see those bubbles coming up, and it is time to flip it.
Brown on both sides and serve hot.
