1 – 1/2 medium mashed ripe bananas
1/2 – granulated sugar
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 tbs vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (chopped chocolate bar)
1. Preheat oven to 185•C.
2. Beat together egg, bananas, sugar, oil, and vanilla until well mixed, add the other ingredients.
3. Bake for 15 minutes or until the tester inserted in center of muffins comes out clean.
